Be warned: Heatstroke is a danger in hot weather.

Now that we’re fully into the summer season, we need to prepare our bodies to be strong and ready to face the scorching hot weather of Thailand. Otherwise, various diseases that come with the heat can be dangerous to us, such as heatstroke. Which is a silent danger that can kill people. Even if our bodies are strong, if we don’t take good care of ourselves in the summer, we risk getting this disease.

Heat Stroke 

or sunstroke is a disease in which the body is exposed to excessive heat or is in an environment with high temperatures, causing the body to function abnormally and unable to control body temperature. Unable to release heat immediately, resulting in body temperatures reaching as high as 40 degrees Celsius. Which affects the circulatory system and brain system.

Warning signs  

That can be easily observed to be heatstroke or not are just looking at the weather being extremely hot but not sweating, red face, body temperature increasing, dry skin, extreme thirst, fatigue, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, rapid breathing, muscle tension, decreased consciousness, rapid but weak heartbeat, or even loss of consciousness if the symptoms are not treated promptly and properly corrected, which can be severe to the point of death.

Heavy sweating, paleness, muscle cramps, tiredness, weakness, dizziness, headache, fainting, nausea, vomiting are clear signs ยูฟ่าเบท of heat exhaustion. Go to an air-conditioned place and lie down. Loosen or remove clothing and take a cool bath. Hydrate with cool sports drinks containing salt and sugar. Get medical help if symptoms get worse or last more than an hour.
