Elderly people, children, people who are sleep deprived or sleep little, people who drink a lot of alcohol, people who work in hot and humid climates, people with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, etc., office workers (if they sit in an air-conditioned room for a long time and suddenly come out and encounter the heat outside, their bodies will not be able to adjust in time), athletes or people who exercise strenuously, and soldiers who enter training without preparing their bodies before encountering the extreme heat.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure when possible

First Aid 

       If you find someone fainting in the sun or suffering from heatstroke, help them by bringing them to the shade. Have the patient lie flat with both ทางเข้า ufabet feet elevated. Use a cloth soaked in cold water to wipe the body, neck, armpits, pelvis, and head to cool them down. If they still do not recover, rush them to the hospital.

How to care and protect?

  • Drink water or try to sip a lot of water, an average of 6-8 glasses/day.

  • If you have to work in a hot place, you should drink 1 liter of water per hour.
